SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Please note that most of our orders are processed through 3rd party vendors. Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different facilities.

We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes. 

Delivery Restrictions: Shipping may not be refunded for item(s) that can not be delivered upon arrival due to delivery restrictions, and may be subject to additional charges. If you have a delivery restriction, please notify us with your first and last name and order number at support@theshoppablehome.com.


SHIPPING


All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or FEDEX ship within 3-7 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. 

Furniture and other oversized items travel via freight carriers which may result in extended processing and delivery times. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Some items require a signature for delivery. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless otherwise noted as "white glove delivery." 

When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent. Please note that during promotional periods it may take longer for your item to ship.

Rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.


RETURNS

          I. General Procedures, Damages, Freight, Ground

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Eligible* items can be returned with a complimentary return label when a return is requested within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges. If your item was purchased during a shipping promotion, a 10% return shipping charge will be deducted from the original price of your item. Please contact us below and we will provide you with a shipping label to return your product. If your delivery is refused due to size, return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee will incur. (Note: Customers must contact us in advance of returning items to receive a Return Authorization Number and appropriate instructions. Returns sent that do not include Return Authorization will not be accepted.)

*Eligible items refer to items without damage, as damaged items follow different protocol.

All items must be sent back in the original packaging.  If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. For all lighting and wallpaper, once it has been installed it cannot be returned. If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER or is a Special Order, it is not eligible for return. 


Damages: Items can get damaged through transit, therefore we ask that you inspect your items upon receiving them. If something is damaged please contact us within 48 hours and if the item requires signature, do not sign the document. Please send pictures and a description of the damage to support@theshoppablehome.com Any notifications or claims outside of that window will not be honored.


Oversize and Freight Returns: Customers agree to inspect goods BEFORE accepting delivery. If an item arrives damaged or is defective, customers must reject the delivery (do not sign the delivery release document) and email us within 48 hours. (In most cases, a signature is confirmation that the product arrived in acceptable condition, waiving rights to a damage claim.) Returns for furniture and oversize items that travel via freight can be arranged by contacting support@theshoppablehome.com. Freight returns will be issued a refund, excluding original shipping and handling charges and in addition to a 25% restocking fee from the original product price. 


Ground: If UPS, USPS or FEDEX deliveries arrive with evidence of damage, customers must notify us via email within 48 hours of the original delivery date. Images of any damaged and/or defective items are required to be sent via email before return authorizations can be issued.

  

          II. Variations, Transit

Rugs: Variation and imperfection in weave, fiber size, color, and overall rug size (up to 2-3" in length and width) are normal characteristics and are not considered a manufacturing defect.

Color note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures, and other feature are provided by the manufacturer; The Shoppable Home assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect. Due to variations in dye lots, we are unable to accept wallpaper returns at this time.


Transit Issues: In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, but shows delivered to the shipping address associated with the order, The Shoppable Home will not be liable for non-receipt of goods or replacement of goods. The Shoppable Home will assist in filing a trace and claim with the respective carrier to assist the client in locating lost parcels. 

Parcels that are unclaimed or refused will be subject to applicable return and restocking fees and will not be considered cancelled.
